We provide the full continuum of care on one campus: medical detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Whether you are detoxing from alcohol, benzodiazepines, cocaine, or opioids, you move from detoxification into treatment without changing facilities, care teams, or treatment plans. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available throughout for those recovering from opioid or alcohol use disorder.

Days at our Swansea campus are structured but not rigid. Mornings and afternoons are built around individual therapy, group sessions, and skills work focused on relapse prevention and practical coping skills. Between sessions, clients use the fitness center, share meals, and have time to rest and process. Evenings often include peer support and recovery meetings. The structure exists for a reason: rebuilding a daily rhythm is part of the treatment, not a break from it.

Yes. Most people with substance use disorders arrive carrying something else too, whether that is depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder. Our dual diagnosis programming treats co-occurring disorders together, and our entire clinical approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, meaning we address what drives the addiction rather than just the substance itself. Aftercare planning starts well before discharge. Depending on what you need, that can include stepping down to IOP, moving into our recovery home for structured sober living, telehealth sessions once you are back to work and family life, and ongoing alumni and peer support. Every client leaves with a written aftercare plan covering relapse prevention, continuing therapy, and who to call when things get hard. Treatment ends; support does not.
